Yellow Tea

Yellow tea (হলুদ চা) is a rare and delicate type of tea that comes from China, known for its subtle and mellow flavor profile. It is a slightly fermented tea falling between green and white tea in terms of processing and taste. The unique processing method involves an additional “sealing yellow” step, where the tea leaves are slowly steamed and allowed to oxidize slightly, giving the tea its distinct yellowish color and smooth, rich taste.
